Automatic sorter

Automatic sorter, designed for sorting tuberous vegetables and fruit, e.g. apples, peaches. The device is fully automatic, equipped with a sorting belt. To ensure the safety of vegetables and fruit, it can be made of rubber or metal. Two electric motors were used in the sorter.

The first one is designed to drive the sieve, while the second one to tamp it – this option is used for shaking vegetables and fruits and separating them into feeders. The sorter allows you to separate a small raw material from a large one – each of them goes to a separate feeder. The device can work in halls and warehouses, as well as outside, when connected to the power supply.

To facilitate work with the sorter, it can be equipped with useful accessories – a charging hopper, a selection table or a bagging machine. The sorter has a number of applications and will certainly help in running a small farm, as well as in a large processing plant.
