Drum screen

The drum screen is a free-standing structure made of steel, available in two drum diameters: 90 or 160 cm and lengths up to 2 to 4 meters. The drum is made of durable profiles and a strong steel mesh with various mesh thicknesses. A drum set in motion screens the raw material into two fraction thicknesses.

What passes through the eyelets remains collected as valuable raw material, and the waste is removed from the drum automatically. The screen drum is electrically driven, additionally, it is also possible to install a charging hopper and transport wheels.

To ensure continuous operation, the drum screen can be equipped with a special drum cleaning brush, as well as a motor with power and gear adapted to the type of screened material and the loads it will be subjected to. Combined with the possibility of custom-made production, this makes it an ideal choice for farms and production plants. Painting with alkyd paint three times provides the best protection against corrosion.
